DEANNA WONG, Executive Producer. Hailing from California in the United States, Deanna joined East West Theater in 2008. Deanna was formerly the Executive Producer for Intel Corporation, where she produced large-scale international keynotes and events for Intel’s senior executives. Previously, Deanna worked at the original Shubert Theater in New Haven, Connecticut, in various roles including marketing, box office, public relations and business development. While in college, she stage managed and volunteered in her school’s dramat and repertory theater. Deanna is a graduate of Yale University and holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
JONATHAN GEENEN, Artistic Director. Jonathan’s recent directorial credits include The Faith Show (Toronto Fringe/Down n' Out), Awake and Sing!, (EWT), A Midsummer Night's Dream (EWT), A Christmas Carol (EWT), Our Country's Good (EWT), Angels Fall (EWT), The Dining Room (EWT), Our Town (EWT), and Impromptu (Fringe Shanghai). Highlights from his onstage work include Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing (Bard on the Beach, Vancouver), Ferdinand in The Tempest (Festival of Classics, Toronto), and Berowne in Love's Labour's Lost (George Brown Theater, Toronto). Jonathan is a member of the Canadian Actor's Equity Association and a graduate of the George Brown Theatre School.
